Rio Rentals for Less strives for total customer satisfaction. If at any time
you are unhappy with our level of service, please let us know, and we will do our
best to make it better. We understand that there may be times in which a refund is
desired, so please be aware of our Refund Policy, which is as follows:
- Refunds of deposits for rentals must be requested 30 days prior to the arrival date for all
dates except New Year's Day and Carnaval. For any rental in which any of the dates fall on
New Year's Day or during Carnaval, refunds of deposits must be requested 60 days prior to the arrival date.
If the refund is not requested within this time period, it becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. We must
enforce this policy because the deposit is used to secure the property for the specified dates.
We may though, at our discretion, apply this deposit to a future rental by the same customer.
- Once a customer has checked in to an apartment and has paid the full balance, the payment
is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the customer is not satisfied with the accommodations, we will make
every effort to satisfy the customer, including finding alternate accommodations (whenever possible).
